Where I started
My journey started as a young boy, 8 years old aspiring to be a goalkeeper for his local team, just wanting to feel the joys of winning one game or making one save.
As I got older I played football for local teams in my area, discovered a thrill for rugby and a passion for combat sports.
Sixteen years later I have combined my love for fitness, business and writing to help businesses grow and develop through enticing and engaging content.
